OUR ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE CONSORTIUM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

As part of the consortium, we lead the design and implementation of a smart energy transformation system in Ke\u017emarok and Horn\u00e9 Srnie. Our activities include data collection, energy audits, system design, stakeholder consultations and solution validation across five phases. We focus on integrating local energy sources, smart flexibility and storage, while ensuring scalable, efficient energy solutions built around stakeholder needs.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

BENEFITS OF OUR OUTPUTS AND TARGET GROUPS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We will deliver a validated, scalable smart energy system tailored to Ke\u017emarok and Horn\u00e9 Srnie, including technical documentation, collaboration on visualisation dashboards and energy audit reports. The outputs will support local energy efficiency and the integration of renewable sources. Beneficiaries include local authorities, local actors and policymakers, and the scalable solutions are also designed for wider use in other communities.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

What do you expect from the STICS project?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We expect the STICS project to support collaboration and knowledge exchange between partners, making it possible to validate innovative smart energy solutions in real pilot locations. The project will help develop scalable tools for positive energy districts and strengthen partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders in order to support a sustainable local energy transition. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Who will be able to use your outputs, and when?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

After the project ends, our outputs will be applicable in the pilot municipalities of Ke\u017emarok and Horn\u00e9 Srnie, where they will support their local energy transition goals.
