ABOUT US<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

SPECTRA EU Centre of Excellence is a research and development institution working in spatial planning, strategic socio-economic planning of territorial entities, and land-use, landscape, urban and regional planning. It was founded by leading European scientific and educational institutions in these fields and currently operates through five sub-centres in Europe, Asia and Africa, in cooperation with Jiao Tong University Shanghai and Cairo University in Giza.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t
