OUR ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE CONSORTIUM
We will contribute to conceptualising spatial transformation processes in the context of smart cities and regions. We apply an integrated approach and support the formulation of strategies for change in local government, smart spatial development and participatory governance. We contribute in particular to the pilot projects.
BENEFITS OF OUR OUTPUTS AND TARGET GROUPS
Our contribution to the STICS project focuses on positive change for communities, cities and regions, particularly in sustainable, resilient and efficient development. The outputs are intended to give decision-making bodies the support they need to improve residents' quality of life over the long term.

What do you expect from the STICS project?
The STICS project gives us a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable spatial development in our neighbouring country, Slovakia, through an integrated approach. I am glad we can bring our many years of experience in spatial planning to this international research project, and we look forward to the valuable experience and insights that STICS will bring us.
Who will be able to use your outputs, and when?
Our involvement spans the entire duration of the project and focuses on contributing expertise in integrated spatial development. I believe our outputs will contribute to the resilience, efficiency and sustainability of communities, cities and regions.
