We help create a better living experience through refined technology and infrastructure, delivering the first comprehensive Smart Building as a Service solution for developers and residents, built on AI-driven orchestration.
OUR ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE CONSORTIUM
We are developing a smart building platform with access management, energy monitoring and a backend for managing users and devices. It will include the Phillip mobile app, which will deliver data to end users and integrate a biodefence system, notifications, behavioural analysis and appliance control based on the market price of electricity.

What do you expect from the STICS project?
From the project we expect the opportunity to help develop innovative smart building solutions in our regions, deepen cooperation with technical and academic partners, and at the same time deliver real benefits to end users in terms of comfort, energy efficiency and safety in their homes.
Who will be able to use your outputs, and when?
• Technical partners and developers: they will use the outputs in designing and operating energy-efficient buildings, from M6.
• Household residents: after the project ends they will gain access to a mobile app for controlling entry points, tracking energy consumption, receiving energy-saving recommendations and alert notifications, from M20.
